Frequently asked questions
Your aligner packets and treatment plan include the exact number of days you should wear each set. This may be 7, 10, 12, or more days, depending on your personalized treatment. Always follow the instructions printed on each packet.
Mild tightness is normal, especially for the first 24–48 hours of a new set. Use your chewies to help them sit properly. If the aligner still won’t fit or feels painfully tight, contact our support team before continuing.
You should remove your aligners for all food and drinks except water. Eating or drinking with aligners can stain them, cause damage, and slow your progress.
Don’t move forward or backwards without checking with us first. Contact our team, and we’ll guide you on whether to switch to the next step, return to the previous set, or get a replacement aligner.
Rinse them with cool water and clean gently with a soft-bristled brush and mild soap. Avoid toothpaste, mouthwash, hot water, or denture cleaners, as they can damage or warp the aligners.
